Quality you can
audit, not admire.

No slogans on this page. This is how our quality system actually works — what standard it follows, what gets recorded, and what you receive with your parts.

Our quality management system is modelled on AS9100 Rev D — the aerospace standard for design and manufacturing — and built around traceability, inspection, and controlled processes.

Modelled on, not certified against: we hold ourselves to the standard's discipline and describe our status precisely. With aerospace buyers, precision about our own claims is the same discipline we apply to your parts.

The spine of the system

Traceability, inspection & control

Three disciplines, applied to every order — one-off or series.

Material traceability

Every spool is logged: material, batch, supplier, storage conditions. Any part we ship can be traced back to the exact material batch it was printed from.

Dimensional inspection

Parts are measured against the drawing before they ship — critical dimensions checked with calibrated instruments and recorded per order.

Controlled processes

Print parameters are locked per part and recorded, so a repeat order six months from now is produced the same way as the first — not from memory.

Every order, in order

How a part moves through AMPM

The sequence is the quality system. No step is skipped because a job is small.

01

Engineer review

An aeronautical engineer reviews your file for printability, orientation, and design intent.

02

Quote & spec

You receive a quote with the material, tolerance, and process stated — within one working day.

03

Material log

Material batch assigned to your order and recorded for traceability.

04

Controlled print

Produced with locked parameters on maintained, calibrated equipment.

05

Inspection

Dimensional check against the drawing; results recorded per order.

06

Documented ship

Part ships with its records retained — certificate of conformance on request.

Deliverables

What you can request with any order

Documentation is part of the part. These are standard requests, not premium extras.

DOC-01

Certificate of conformance

A signed statement that the delivered parts meet the agreed specification.

DOC-02

Dimensional inspection report

Measured values for the critical dimensions on your drawing.

DOC-03

Material traceability record

Material, brand, and batch used for your specific order.

DOC-04

Process documentation

The recorded print parameters and post-processing steps applied to your parts.

Discretion

Sensitive geometry, handled properly

Aerospace and defence work often can't be uploaded to a stranger's server. We offer a mutual NDA before you send any file — request it on the quote page and we'll set it up before any upload. Files are stored on our own systems, shared only with the engineers on your job, and never used as marketing material without written permission.
