PAHT-CF
Our workhorse for parts that carry load. Carbon-fibre reinforcement gives high stiffness and strength-to-weight, with strong chemical and thermal resistance. The material behind our functional parts and AQUILO components.

Less suited to
- Flexible or elastic parts
- Lowest-cost prototyping
- Bright colour requirements
TPU
When the part needs to bend, stretch, grip, or absorb impact. TPU is elastic and abrasion-resistant, holding up to repeated flex where rigid materials would crack.

- Gaskets & seals
- Vibration dampers & bushings
- Protective covers & bumpers
- Flexible grips & mounts
Less suited to
- Rigid, load-bearing structure
- Tight dimensional tolerances
- High-temperature service
ASA Aero
A low-mass, UV- and weather-stable material with a clean surface finish. Holds up in harsh outside environment and keeps weight down where every gram counts. Perfect for drones and RC planes.

- Lightweight covers & housings
- Outdoor / exposed parts
- Aerodynamic surfaces
- Visible parts needing finish
Less suited to
- Heavily loaded structure
- High-temperature service
- Flexible applications
PLA / PETG
The affordable pair for iterating fast and showing concepts. PLA prints crisp and dimensionally accurate for visual models; PETG adds toughness and chemical resistance for light-duty functional parts.

- Visual & concept models
- Design iteration & fit checks
- Low-cost jigs & fixtures
- Light-duty functional parts (PETG)
Less suited to
- High-load structural parts
- High-temperature service (PLA)
- Long-term outdoor exposure
